HOW LONG DOES AN ITEM TAKE TO MAKE? 

All pieces that are under the ‘ready to shop’ page are in stock and ready to be sent the following day of your order being placed. If an order is placed on a Friday or Saturday you will have to wait for them to be sent first thing the following Monday.

All pieces that are under the ‘made to order’ page are hoops that are currently out of stock and are in production. However they are still available for order and will be made as soon as possible once the order has come through. It is always safe to allow one week for your order to be made before it ends up in the mail. If you have an urgent order for a gift please leave an additional note upon checkout or feel free to email us at contact@bluemly.com for any help. We are always happy to help and try and push an order through as fast as possible.

DO YOU MKAE CUSTOM PIECES?

Absolutely! If you are wanting to choose your own colours or add some colours together you can start this process by sending an email to contact@bluemly.com. We love to create pieces that represent you and your style.

WHAT ARE THE GEMS MADE OUT OF?

All gems used for the QUEEN BEE, MINI QUEEN, MAMA HYDRANGEA and BABY CAKE hoops are Swarovski crystals made of natural minerals and quartz that have been pressed together making them as light as a feather. Stones used in other products are all semi precious or precious forms of quartz, topaz &tourmaline.

ARE ALL ITEMS HANDMADE?

YES! All bluemly pieces are hand-wired with a serious stickler for quality control checking every hoop before it heads out the door.
