DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Girl, yes! We ship our hoops around the globe. Bluemly has a base set up in both New Zealand and Switzerland so we are able to send our hoops around the world.
 

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes, all of our pieces are handmade by the first woman behind bluemly, Sophie. All our stones are hand-wired to absolute perfection. Sophie is a stickler for a well put together piece and ensures that all of our pieces are made and delivered with the highest level of quality.
 

What materials do you use?

We use a number of different stones. The ones used on all of our hoops are a mix of quartz and natural minerals that are heat pressed together which makes the hoop as light as a feather. I mean we all love a big hoop but we never want them to weigh us down right?

Our threaders use a mix of the stones above as well as white and black diamonds and tourmaline.

As our metals, we use Sterling silver and 24k gold filled metal. Gold filled metal is of a higher grade than gold plated, it will never tarnish. We use Gold filled for a number of reasons. It is a much more understanding metal to work with when making pieces like ours but it doesn’t cut down on quality. Gold filled materials will never tarnish, they are able to be worn in the shower, have perfume sprayed on them and still stay in perfect condition without loosing any of their shine. Using gold filled material also means that those who have sensitive ears are still able to wear our pieces because of the thicker layer of gold. We use both sterling silver and 24k gold filled wire to wrap all stones that are used for our pieces as well.
 

Do you make custom orders?

Yes and we love it! We have made a number of custom orders, whether that is choosing your own colour scheme for a pair of bon bon hoops or wanting to design your own pair of hoops for your special day. We absolutely love being part of your special piece.
 

do you have low maintenance pieces?

Though we love a statement hoop, we do have a number of styles that can be put in and left in for those who need a more low maintenance piece. While we say low maintenance we don’t mean boring. Everyday pieces?

We believe that there is never a bad time for a hoop, large or small they are always an everyday piece. However if you were wanting to invest in a bluemly piece and wanted them to fit your entire wardrobe we would have to say our go tos are, Bubbles on the Balcony, Crystal, Smoked, Smoky Mauve, Dark n Dusty and Big Oz.

do you repair?

If you have received a bluemly piece and the stones have come loose or for some reason your hoops gets damaged, we are always more than happy for you to send your piece to us and we will repair your piece for you free of charge and return them to you in perfect shape.

Are we able to return items?

We will only accept a return if you have had the product for 7 days or less. We do not accept returns for refunds. If you would like to return an item, you can either have it replaced for a piece of the same value or store credit.
