SHIPPING

Bluemly ships worldwide and tries very hard to make shipping affordable and not too much of a pain. Our shipping cost is a standard $12 per order to ensure that everyone has a tracking number and can keep an eye on their goodies!

If you have been in touch with us you are able to choose the $0 PICK UP or DROP OFF option at checkout. However if you have not organised a pick up or drop off plan and do not pay for shipping, you will have to transfer the shipping cost through before the item is sent.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Bracelets -  Exchanges can be made on bracelets if they are returned with all packaging and have not been damaged. If you wish to exchange your bracelet for another of the same price you can get in touch with us via email. Once we have your first bracelet and see that it is the same as when it was sent we will organise to send out another. 

You cannot return your bracelet for a refund. It is exchange only. 

Earrings - Returns and exchanges are not permitted for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Once you have purchased your earrings they are yours and can not be sent back for another pair. 

DAMAGES

If your item happens to get damaged and is in need of repair, please do get in touch with us via email and we will organise for it to be sent back and repaired free of charge.
