REFUNDS/RETURNS

Refunds and returns are not accepted on any hoop purchase made at www.bluemly.com. For hygiene reasons we choose not to have the hoops returned. If the hoops are damaged on arrival or or ever happen to get damaged, we are more than happy to repair and or replace them free of charge.

Any necklace that has been purchased can be returned and exchanged for another product of the same price. An exchange is only possible if the product is sent back within 14 days of the product being sent out and in all of its original packaging. 

If you lose any of the gems from a pair of hoops it is possible to get more added for a small fee of $10. As the product comes with a warning to take care and make sure the earrings are always done up when they are taken off, we can not be held responsible for any loss of gems.

All information that is given to us joining the mailing list or during checkout is kept private and is only used if we need to get in touch with you about your order.

SHIPPING

We love to get you your hoops as soon as possible so we have included a tracked and courier option for each and every destination.

Majority of our shipping options include tracking which we at bluemly firmly believe in because it is the pits when you order something, it never turns up and we can’t do anything about it because the tracking option was not selected.
